After analyzing their current situation, the fastest thing to fix was their new subscriber experience, their platform comes with a lot of educational content but there was no clear path to take in order to get a quick win when you first subscribed, as should be for any subscription business, if the new subscriber doesn’t get results fast they usually cancel. 

So, we organized the structure and created a challenge for new subscribers to take and get small wins every week to create momentum, we migrated the platform from a FB group to Kajabi and gave it a new face lift to make it easy to navigate with consistent automated follow ups in order to keep them engaged and in track.

After 30 days new subs went from 18% churn rate down to 7% and after optimizing further with subscriber feedback, we now sit at 5-6% monthly churn, almost 4X improvement! 

We also added a few more subscription options, since they only used to have 1 option for $9.99/month we added a 3-month, 6-month and yearly option ranging from $19.99 to $49.99.

Average order value went from $9.99 to $54.09 a 540% increase.
