First we analyzed their instagram account to find out what type of content/creatives would resonate better with their audience, that helped us craft a better content funnel for the ad campaigns. We figured out that the audience reacted the best to testimonial/client story type content as well as showing the process of the procedure with the results. So we focused on those type of creatives to be 80% of the content we used. 

Our best performing campaign ended up being a “Messages” campaign from Facebook and Instagram, so we sticked with only that type of campaign, getting leads for around $1-$2 each, combining regular services with seasonal promotions every month.

Using the client’s feedback on the leads and after digging a little more on the current sales process, we found out that our conversion rate was under 5%, which is not very good, the process was lacking a good sales framework to follow and also enough follow-ups to close the leads. 

We helped them craft a sales framework to use in the message conversations and automated the follow-up process with 6 touches so they could save time and capture as many clients as possible.
