We took their online recruiting presentation and created an automated webinar for their partners to use, but instead of just creating one type, we figured out the different avatar personas that would watch the content and created multiple ones based on who was going to watch it, so they could identify better with the webinar based on their background. (male, female, stay-at-home-mother, business owner, influencer, military, etc).
This way we could segment and increase conversions by having multiple automated sales presentations all they had to do was share the right link.
Then we created an automated nurturing sequence for new partners with a 30-day course, were each day they had a video and a task to do, this was paired with SMS follow up to remind them on what they needed to accomplish, plus another sequence were they had to confirm the action was completed.
This led to a 18% increase in partners month over month while also saving them on 90% of time on manual tasks.
